Pistol Pete's Brew & Cue
About This Spot
Stepping into Pistol Pete's Brew & Cue feels like slipping into a beloved neighborhood retreat where time moves a little slower and connections come a little easier. Nestled on Harrison Avenue in Auburn, this bar carries the low-key warmth of a place where familiar faces gather, stories unfold over well-crafted drinks, and the soundtrack is set by the gentle murmur of laughter mixed with the occasional clink of pool balls and dart hits.
The pace here is unhurried yet inviting — a spot to unwind after a long day, catch up with friends, or lean into a spontaneous good time with strangers who quickly feel like old acquaintances. The atmosphere hums with genuine camaraderie rather than flashy showmanship, anchored by a team whose generosity and genuine friendliness shape the experience just as much as the music or the menu.
Drinks at Pistol Pete's embrace the craft of simplicity; muddled cocktails and fresh juices bring a thoughtful, personable touch to the bar. There’s an easy rhythm to ordering here, where the bartender’s care is part of the unfolding enjoyment. Even the crunchy, warm onion rings pointer towards comfort food that complements the laid-back vibe, rather than trying to steal the spotlight.
Live music and games add layers of local flavor, turning an ordinary evening into something a little more memorable without needing to try too hard. Whether catching a band or gathering around the dartboard or pool table, the sense of community remains front and center — it’s a place where stories are swapped, support flows freely, and the good times genuinely feel earned.
At its heart, Pistol Pete's Brew & Cue isn’t just a bar — it’s a welcoming space shaped by the people who come through its doors and the kindness within its walls. It’s exactly the kind of place to pause, connect, and savor small moments that get remembered long after the last round is poured.

Badass bar, great atmosphere, workers and owner are wonderful people, asked them to donate some pool sticks to the rehabilitation center I'm in down the street COR, and without hesitation pete was happy go lucky and gave them to me. The bartender Teresa I believe was and Angel also. Lovely place

Played some darts, listened to a great live band called Learn to Fly and had a great time with some great friends. Food choices could have been better but the onion rings were on point. Overall, good folks and good times. I'd go again.

Pistol Pete's is just an awesome place to hang out. Went there a couple of times after a busy day just to chill. Pete was just as awesome. Hope to see our R20 on the wall one day when we visit again. Thanks Pete!
